Do you want to be the master of meditation? Here're tips for you!

Meditation masters have 5 simple rules that will help you achieve success in a short time. Here they are:
1. There are many ways to sit in meditation. Try different positions, get up and go, sit down again until you find the best way for yourself.
2. Learn how to monitor your thoughts and let them flow. One day you will discover that you can control them.
3. Let your mind to have fun and play, invent fanciful paintings.
4. Find the time for regular meditation, even if you have lack of time.
5. Just start to meditate and turn it into a good habit.

Meditation is such an important exercise for life and can be so beneficial in many ways. This article is great as there are many people who don’t meditate mainly because they just don’t know where to begin. Tip number 4 is really important as once the time is scheduled then you are much more likely to do it. Even 10 mins a day can be a great benefit if it is consistent.
Something I find helpful during meditation to just sit and observe ‘how’ my mind is pulled and attracted to external sounds and then how it returns to stillness once the sound fades away without getting caught up in what the sound is or what is causing it. Practicing this regularly really helps to sharpen my awareness and also seems to improve my focus in training and in sports.
